Simple is best! Reach out by phone (text or call) or email me to schedule your free consultation. Scheduling beyond your consultation happens in person.

Q: How will I know what to do between our sessions?

I'll work closely with you to understand your habits, build new ones, and give you homework to build consistency outside of the work we do together.

Again, simple is best! Zelle or Venmo are preferred methods of online payment, so you're not charged a card-processing fee. Paper checks are also acceptable! After completion of the consultation, I'll write you an invoice.
